In this webinar, Dr. George Burba, LI-COR Science and Strategy Fellow and Global Fellow at Water for Food Global Institute, will discuss eddy covariance (EC) measurements of ET, then introduce the new and economical LI-710 Evapotranspiration Sensor, which will transfer eddy covariance technology to non-academic applications such as irrigation management. He will present the results of field studies performed at numerous crop fields, and compare those results to traditional EC and reference and potential estimates.
